THE NEW GENERATION OF PERSONAL ASSISTANTS

Other assistants start from zero on every question. César already knows what landed in your inbox, what's on your calendar, who owes you and what's due tomorrow. You just say it in your own words — he understands, acts, remembers and comes back before it becomes a problem.

NO CONTEXT × WITH CONTEXT

The difference isn't intelligence. It's what he knows about you.

The same three-word request, on a generic assistant and on César.

pay the building fee

  1. GENERIC ASSISTANT

    Starts from zero

“Sure! How much is it? Which bank? Could you send me the bill? I can walk you through paying it in the app…”

He doesn't know who you are. Every question is the first one: you explain, he answers, and the task is still yours.

  2. CÉSAR

    Already knew

“R$ 612.00, due today — found it in your email yesterday. Barcode copied below, just paste it in your bank app. I'll log it under Housing once you confirm.”

He read the email, recognized the bill, knows the category and the date. Three words are enough because he already had the rest.

WHAT HE KNOWS ABOUT YOU

Everything he knows becomes something you don't have to do.

You connect what you want — and each source teaches César to act for you, without you having to explain.

WHAT HE DOES WITH IT

You don't ask. It's already done.

Context only matters because it turns into action. César reads what comes in, does what needs doing and only comes back with the news that it's handled — everything crowding your head, on its way out of it.

  1. Your money organizes itself

Say “spent 48 on lunch” in a voice note and it's logged. The bill that lands in your email becomes an alert with the barcode on the due date, the invoice files itself under the right purchase, and on the 1st the month's summary shows up ready. You live; he keeps the books.

  2. He makes phone calls for you

Canceling the dentist, confirming the reservation, asking if the order is ready: César calls, talks to whoever answers and comes back with the answer — full transcript in the chat. The call you've been putting off for a week goes out in one request.

  3. Send him to talk to people

“Tell João I'll be 20 minutes late.” César messages them on WhatsApp, introduces himself, gets it done and shows you both sides of the conversation — and you take over whenever you want. Chasing, confirming, warning: delegated.

  4. Your week reaches you before it happens

Calendar, reminders and a daily briefing with what matters: the meeting, the bill due today, the parcel out for delivery. “Remind me at 6pm” fires at 6pm sharp — in the app, on Telegram or on your phone.

  5. Watchers that never sleep

The flight you want, the product waiting for a price drop, the plane that might be delayed, the parcel on its way, your car's road tax: César watches it all while you do something else — and only shows up when there's news.

  6. He delivers the finished file

A spreadsheet of your expenses, an 8-slide deck, a chart of your data, a contract summarized, PDFs merged, an image created from scratch, a video trimmed for Instagram. You describe it; the file comes back in the conversation, ready to send.

And this is just the beginning.

Everything that flows through your digital life can become something César takes care of for you. The limit is whatever your creativity allows.

I want César looking after me

HOW IT WORKS

Three steps and he's already working for you.

  1. Create your account

Free, right in the browser. With email or your Google account.

  2. Connect what you want

Calendar, email, files, WhatsApp, Telegram — you choose what he can see and where he talks to you, with the permissions you grant.

  3. Ask in your own words

No menus, no forms. Write or send a voice note as you would to a person — in the app, on WhatsApp or on Telegram — and watch it happen.

CONTEXT GROWS OVER TIME

The sooner you start, the more he knows.

César doesn't need setup. He needs time with you — and every day he gets more useful.

  1. Day 1

You connect your email. He's already found three bills, a ticket and the hotel booking — and shows you what's due this week.

  2. Week 1

He already knows who Carla is, who your dentist is, what you spend on lunch and where you prefer to be notified.

  3. Month 1

He warns you before you remember. The bill, the flight, the payment, the birthday: handled before it becomes a to-do.

The context is yours. Only yours.

  • Only you have access What he knows about you stays in your account. The team only views your account, read-only and logged, when needed for support or security.
  • Disconnect whenever you want Every integration is a permission you grant. Revoke it and he stops seeing.
  • Nothing trains a model Your emails, contacts and finances never feed any model. They exist to act for you, and nothing else.

WHERE YOU ALREADY CHAT

Talk to César on Telegram. And let him speak for you on WhatsApp.

On one side, you talk to César from where you already are. On the other, he sorts out with people what you don't want to stop and handle — and you follow everything, with the conversation one tap away from being back in your hands.

Telegram

Available

Connect in one tap and @UseCesarBot becomes your pocket César: ask, answer, remember, alert.

  • Ask for anything by message — calendar, email, finances, travel.
  • Get reminders and scheduled actions as messages, not as a lost notification.
  • Confirm or cancel an action with a button, without leaving the chat.

WhatsApp

Available

Talk to César through his official number — and ask him to talk to other people for you: confirming a time, chasing a payment, warning about a delay.

  • Message César directly, with the same account and memory as the app.
  • Ask “tell João I'll be late” and watch the conversation unfold, in real time.
  • Whoever receives it decides, with one button, whether to talk to César — and is never contacted again if they decline.
  • You see both sides of the conversation and take it over whenever you want, with one tap.

You decide where César alerts you — phone, WhatsApp, Telegram or none — and every conversation he has with someone else on your behalf stays visible to you, one tap from taking over.

PEOPLE WHO ALREADY DELEGATE

What changes in a week of using him.

It's not about chatting with an AI. It's about what stops living in your head.

PRICING

Start free. Subscribe when it makes sense.

César charges for what you use, in César Tokens. Everyone starts with 1 million a month, free, for as long as they like. A plan gives you more tokens for less than buying them one-off — and you can cancel any time.

Every allowance — the free one and the plans' — is for the month and does not roll over. When you subscribe, the plan allowance replaces the free one; if you cancel, you go back to Free automatically. Only one-off tokens are kept and never expire. Conversation estimates are averages — real usage depends on how big each request is.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

What everyone asks before getting started.

Short, straight answers. If your question isn't here, just ask César himself — or talk to us.

How is César different from ChatGPT?

ChatGPT talks; César does. He's connected to your things — calendar, email, finances, WhatsApp — so “cancel the dentist” doesn't become a text explaining how to cancel: it becomes the dentist canceled. And he remembers you from one day to the next, so you never start a conversation from scratch.

What does it actually cost?

Nothing, if you want. Every account gets 1 million César Tokens a month, free and with no end date — enough to use César all month without paying. If they run out early, buy one-off tokens (which never expire) or subscribe from R$ 29.90/month. Every cent of usage is visible on the Usage screen: how much, on what. No catch, no hidden charges.

How does the Free plan work?

Every 30 days you get 1 million César Tokens to use however you like — about 160 conversations. Whatever you don't use in the period does not carry over: next month it's 1 million again. No card, nothing to renew and no trial deadline. If you subscribe to a plan, its allowance takes the place of the free one; if you cancel, you go back to Free on your own. Only the one-off tokens you buy are kept and never expire.

Isn't it risky to give him access to my email and calendar?

You choose what to connect and what each integration can see — and you can disconnect it instantly, from your profile. And there's one rule with no exceptions: any action with an effect outside the conversation — sending an email, touching an event, making a purchase, changing a file — only happens after you confirm it. César proposes; you press the button. And when he talks to someone for you, on WhatsApp or by phone, you see the whole conversation and take over whenever you want.

Do you read my data?

César reads what you connected in order to work for you — and that's it. Your data is not sold or used for advertising, and you can request an export or full deletion at any time. What he keeps about you exists to serve you, not anyone else.

Do I need to install anything to try it?

No. Open it in the browser, create the account and send the first message — it takes a minute. If you prefer, there's an iPhone app on the App Store, and you can talk to him straight from Telegram or WhatsApp without opening anything new.

What does he do without me asking?

He watches what comes in: a bill becomes an alert on the due date with the barcode, a parcel warns you when it's out for delivery, a flight warns you if it changes, and in the morning you get a summary of your day. All of that is notice — to act outside the conversation, he still asks for your confirmation.

Does it work for my job or business?

It does. César builds spreadsheets, slide decks and PDFs from a single request, summarizes contracts before you sign, chases clients on WhatsApp in your name, generates payment codes so you get paid and builds a custom app to track clients, orders or rentals — no developer needed. All through the same conversation.

What if I don't like it? Is canceling easy?

It is. The subscription cancels in two clicks, no fee and no call to “understand your reasons”. Leftover one-off tokens stay yours. And if you want out for good, account deletion erases your data — right from your profile or the app.
