Terms of Use

1. Acceptance

These Terms govern the use of César at usecesar.com, chat.usecesar.com, in the iOS app, in the desktop agent and through WhatsApp and Telegram (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms and to the Privacy Policy. By creating an account you declare you are 18 or older.

2. What César does

César is an assistant that uses artificial intelligence to handle your requests and act on your behalf over the services you connect: email, calendar, contacts, files, finances, social networks, the browser and, if you install the agent, your computer.

Some actions ask for confirmation. Others run directly from your request or from routines you set up, such as messaging contacts, making calls, browsing websites and operating your computer. You can stop an action in progress with the Stop button. By requesting or configuring an action you authorize it and are responsible for it as if you had done it yourself.

When talking to other people, César identifies itself as an assistant and respects anyone who declines. When browsing websites it uses your account and is subject to those sites' terms.

3. Account and integrations

You keep your credentials confidential and are responsible for activity on your account. Integrations access only what you authorize and can be disconnected at any time; third-party services remain subject to their own terms. You can delete your account in your profile.

4. César for Companies

In company workspaces, the company is the controller of its customers', members' and third parties' data, and César acts as processor, following the instructions given through the Service's configuration and use. The company is responsible for:

• having a legal basis for that data;
• telling its customers they are served by an automated assistant;
• the messages, charges and fiscal invoices issued in its name.

Digital certificates and payment-provider credentials are stored encrypted and used only for the operations the company enables.

5. Credits, plans and payments

Usage consumes credits ("César Tokens").

• Free allowance: without a plan, the account gets 1,000,000 per 30-day period, with no carry-over.
• Plans: price, billing period and allowance are shown before purchase. Renewal is automatic until you cancel, in your profile (website) or in iPhone Settings (App Store). Cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period.
• One-off credits: do not expire while the account exists and are used after the allowance.

For purchases made on the website you may withdraw within 7 days for a full refund. Apple purchases follow App Store refund rules. Outside these cases and what the law guarantees, credits are non-refundable and non-transferable. Price changes apply only from the next renewal.

6. Responsible use

Do not use César for fraud, abuse, spam, violating others' rights or circumventing Service limits. When sharing other people's data (contacts, facts about them, calls, posts) you declare you are entitled to do so.

7. Artificial intelligence and health

Answers may contain errors and are not legal, financial, medical or professional advice. Health features (camera measurements, lab results, training, weight) are wellness estimates, not a medical device, and do not replace a professional.

8. Intellectual property

The Service and brand belong to César. Your content remains yours, including apps built in the Builder, and you license us to process it only to operate the Service.

9. Liability

The Service is provided as is, with no guarantee of uninterrupted or error-free operation. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages or for restrictions third-party sites place on your account. Nothing here excludes rights guaranteed by the Brazilian Consumer Protection Code.

10. Suspension, changes and law

We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms or threaten security. Material changes will be announced in the Service or by email. On iOS, Apple's standard license agreement also applies. These Terms are governed by Brazilian law. Contact: [email protected].
