USAGE GUIDE
What you can ask César
One agent, dozens of skills — grouped by category below. Search for what you need, tap an example to send it on WhatsApp, or write it your own way.
Everyday
What he keeps and remembers for you: appointments, tasks, notes and whatever you have already told him.
7
Calendar
One sentence becomes an appointment, with reminders and guests. César also finds free slots and reorganizes your week.
Tasks
Lists, deadlines and subtasks without opening another app: you say it, César writes it down and follows up on time.
Reminders and scheduled tasks
From a simple reminder to a repeating routine: César watches deadlines, prices and news and comes tell you — in the app, on WhatsApp or on Telegram.
- “Remind me to take my medicine at 10pm.” Try it on WhatsApp →
- “Every Monday morning, send me a summary of tech news.” Try it on WhatsApp →
- “Warn me three days before my bills are due.” Try it on WhatsApp →
- “Every day at 7am, send me a summary of my day: calendar, bills and weather.” Try it on WhatsApp →
- “Remember that my wedding anniversary is May 12.” Try it on WhatsApp →
Notes
'Note that…' saves it; asking brings it back. The gate code, the client's preference, the wine you liked.
Memory
Tell him once and he does not forget: your price list, your opening hours, your accountant's name, what to answer when someone asks for a quote. César consults what you saved before acting — and you read, fix and delete any note whenever you want.
- “Save this to your memory: my appointment costs 350.” Try it on WhatsApp →
- “Remember that I work Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm.” Try it on WhatsApp →
- “What do you know about my work?” Try it on WhatsApp →
- “Pin this note: never give out my personal phone number.” Try it on WhatsApp →
- “Forget what I told you about the old price.” Try it on WhatsApp →
Contacts
Save a person, find a phone number, organize groups — and tag relationships: with a tag, "tell my girlfriend" needs no name.
History
César remembers your conversations: ask about what was already agreed and he brings it back, without you repeating everything.
Money
Where the money went, what is due, what renews — and your payment details kept in a vault.
3
Money
Tell him what you spent — by text, voice or a photo of the receipt — and ask where the money went. César records, categorizes and answers.
- “I spent 84 dollars at the grocery store today, on debit.” Try it on WhatsApp →
- “How much did I spend on delivery this month?” Try it on WhatsApp →
- “Create a 600 a month budget for restaurants.” Try it on WhatsApp →
- “Generate a payment code so Pedro can pay me back 120.” Try it on WhatsApp →
- “Which bills are due this week?” Try it on WhatsApp →
- “How is the S&P 500 doing right now?” Try it on WhatsApp →
Subscriptions
Everything that bills you every month in one place: César adds up the total, warns you before each renewal and, on approved services, cancels or restarts it for you — no support queue, no hunting for the hidden button.
- “How much do I spend on subscriptions a month?” Try it on WhatsApp →
- “What renews in the next 7 days?” Try it on WhatsApp →
- “Cancel Netflix.” Try it on WhatsApp →
- “Restart my MUBI subscription.” Try it on WhatsApp →
- “I subscribe to Netflix, 20.90 a month.” Try it on WhatsApp →
- “Warn me before Spotify charges me.” Try it on WhatsApp →
The list is fixed, with the services César knows how to operate — Netflix, Spotify, Globoplay, HBO Max, Paramount+, Amazon Prime and MUBI — and each starts disconnected until you connect it. Cancelling or restarting goes through a confirmation sheet, and he signs in with the code the service e-mails you, never with your password.
Cards and documents
Save them once and César fills them in for you: your ID, driver's license and passport go into sign-ups and purchases without retyping, and your card sits in a vault, encrypted while still on your device — used only at the checkout of a purchase you authorized.
- “Save my driver's license. [attach the photo]” Try it on WhatsApp →
- “Which of my documents do you have saved?” Try it on WhatsApp →
- “What is my passport number?” Try it on WhatsApp →
- “I want to add a card.” Try it on WhatsApp →
- “Which cards do I have saved?” Try it on WhatsApp →
Cards are added only on the Cards screen: the number never goes through the conversation.
Shopping and delivery
He finds the product, compares prices across stores, places the order and follows it to your door.
5
Shopping lists
Say what you need and César builds the list, finds each product, compares the price of the whole basket across stores and places the order for you — groceries, pharmacy, pet shop and home. At the end he hands you the Pix code to pay and keeps the receipt, with delivery time and shipping.
- “Create a grocery list: 5 kg of rice, beans, milk and coffee.” Try it on WhatsApp →
- “Which store is cheapest for this list?” Try it on WhatsApp →
- “Buy the grocery list and send me the Pix code.” Try it on WhatsApp →
- “Buy 6 Stella Artois on Zé Delivery.” Try it on WhatsApp →
- “How much is ibuprofen across the pharmacies?” Try it on WhatsApp →
- “We are out of dog food, add the same one as last time to the list.” Try it on WhatsApp →
- “Which stores deliver to my address?” Try it on WhatsApp →
- “When does my order arrive?” Try it on WhatsApp →
Purchases happen at approved stores — close to a hundred today, across groceries, pharmacy, pet shop, drinks, home, electronics, fashion and sports: Pão de Açúcar, Supernosso, Atacadão, Verdemar, Apoio Entrega, Pague Menos, Drogaria Araujo, Petz, Cobasi, Zé Delivery, Americanas, Leroy Merlin, Tok&Stok, Decathlon, Netshoes and Riachuelo, among others. Some deliver only in certain cities; César checks your address before placing the order.
Food delivery
Hunger is an order, not a search. Say what you feel like eating and César finds who delivers to your address, builds the order the way you like it and hands you the Pix — you just pay and wait.
- “Order dinner: a pepperoni pizza for two.” Try it on WhatsApp →
- “Who delivers Japanese food to my place right now?” Try it on WhatsApp →
- “Order the same burger as last week.” Try it on WhatsApp →
- “How much is the açaí with the delivery fee?” Try it on WhatsApp →
- “Where is the Pix for the order?” Try it on WhatsApp →
- “Has my order left for delivery yet?” Try it on WhatsApp →
Today delivery runs on iFood, using your saved address. César builds the order and shows everything — items, fee and ETA — before any charge: paying is always yours to do, with the Pix he hands back.
Prices and wishlist
Compare a product's price across stores — and leave César watching until it drops.
Second-hand
Find anything for sale between people — a phone, a bike, a couch — with price, condition and distance. And from the other side of the counter: César publishes your ad on OLX and Mercado Livre, reads who got in touch and answers for you.
- “Find a used iPhone 13 under 2,500 near me.” Try it on WhatsApp →
- “List my bike on OLX for 1,200, with these photos.” Try it on WhatsApp →
- “Post this guitar on Mercado Livre for 900, shipping on me.” Try it on WhatsApp →
- “List the couch on both: OLX and Mercado Livre.” Try it on WhatsApp →
- “Which ads do I have live?” Try it on WhatsApp →
- “Did anyone message about my ad?” Try it on WhatsApp →
- “Reply that I take 1,000 and can deliver on Saturday.” Try it on WhatsApp →
- “Tell me when a PlayStation 5 shows up under 2,000.” Try it on WhatsApp →
Today on OLX classifieds, Mercado Livre and Enjoei, with your account connected right in the conversation (you get a code). Posting, taking down and answering whoever got in touch he does on OLX and Mercado Livre. The search is live, and the deal with the buyer or seller is yours: César neither pays nor receives in your place.
Parcels
César finds the tracking code in your email on his own, follows the carrier and alerts you when it is out for delivery.
Talking to people
Calling, writing, replying and letting people know — by phone, on WhatsApp, by e-mail or on social.
7
Phone calls
César places real phone calls on your behalf — cancel an appointment, confirm a reservation, ask for information. You review the plan, approve, and the outcome comes back to chat with a summary and transcript. When negotiating times, he checks your calendar and only accepts free slots.
Your own phone number
A Brazilian number of your own, run by César: the calls and WhatsApp messages he makes on your behalf go out from that number, and the reply comes back to your chat. He gets and activates it by himself — you never type a code.
- “I want a phone number of my own.” Try it on WhatsApp →
- “What is my number and what is its status?” Try it on WhatsApp →
- “Call the salon from my number and book a haircut for Saturday.” Try it on WhatsApp →
- “Set this photo as the WhatsApp profile picture of my number. [attach the photo]” Try it on WhatsApp →
Has a monthly fee charged in credits, and the supply of available numbers is limited.
WhatsApp and Telegram
Talk to César on WhatsApp like any other contact — and get alerts and reminders on Telegram, without opening the app.
- “Tell João I'll be about 20 minutes late.” Try it on WhatsApp →
- “Ask the pizza place if they deliver to my neighborhood.” Try it on WhatsApp →
- “Send this PDF to my accountant on WhatsApp. [attach the file]” Try it on WhatsApp →
- “Send my reminders through Telegram.” Try it on WhatsApp →
Requires WhatsApp or Telegram connected.
Your own WhatsApp
Connect YOUR OWN account and stop scrolling for what matters: César reads what you missed, says what each person wants and answers in your name when you tell him to — groups included. Sending a message always goes through your confirmation, with the text on screen.
- “Connect my WhatsApp.” Try it on WhatsApp →
- “What did I miss on WhatsApp today?” Try it on WhatsApp →
- “What does the building manager want?” Try it on WhatsApp →
- “Tell her I'll be there, Tuesday at 7pm.” Try it on WhatsApp →
- “Summarise what the work group agreed on today.” Try it on WhatsApp →
- “Is anyone still waiting on an answer from me since yesterday?” Try it on WhatsApp →
Requires your WhatsApp connected: say “connect my WhatsApp” and type the 8-digit code on your phone.
César summarizes what arrived, flags what needs a reply and leaves the draft ready — you just approve before it goes out. And he alerts you when something important arrives, instead of alerting you about everything.
- “Summarize the emails that arrived today.” Try it on WhatsApp →
- “Reply to the realtor's email saying I accept the offer.” Try it on WhatsApp →
- “Find the email with the fridge invoice.” Try it on WhatsApp →
- “Alert me right away when an important email arrives.” Try it on WhatsApp →
Requires Gmail, Outlook or Zoho Mail connected — or CesarMail activated.
CesarMail
An email address of your own ([email protected]), run by César. Forward tickets, bills and reservations, or use it for site sign-ups: a ticket becomes a calendar event, a bill becomes a payment due, a tracking code becomes a parcel — and you read, reply and send from the chat.
- “Activate my CesarMail.” Try it on WhatsApp →
- “What emails arrived in my CesarMail today?” Try it on WhatsApp →
- “Reply to that email saying I confirm my attendance.” Try it on WhatsApp →
- “Send an email to my accountant with the invoice attached. [attach the file]” Try it on WhatsApp →
Starts switched off: you activate it whenever you want, and the address is yours forever.
Home, health and car
The life that happens off-screen: your body, the doctor, the car, where you live and how you get there.
7
Health
Point the front camera at your face for 30 seconds and César estimates heart rate and breathing right there, without the video leaving your device — then compares it with your usual. With Strava connected he sees your workouts, and can build a weekly training plan and track what got done. Tell him your weight and what you ate and he tracks the trend and your energy expenditure. A wellness estimate, not a medical exam.
- “Measure my heart rate.” Try it on WhatsApp →
- “How has my heart been this week?” Try it on WhatsApp →
- “I want to get back to running, beginner, 3 times a week.” Try it on WhatsApp →
- “What's my workout today?” Try it on WhatsApp →
- “I did today's workout.” Try it on WhatsApp →
- “Remind me to measure every day at 8am.” Try it on WhatsApp →
- “I weighed 181.6 lb today.” Try it on WhatsApp →
- “For lunch I had rice, beans, grilled chicken and salad.” Try it on WhatsApp →
- “Save my lab results (attach the report PDF).” Try it on WhatsApp →
- “How is my cholesterol doing?” Try it on WhatsApp →
Doctor appointments
Book without calling: César finds a professional with an open calendar, shows the price, the insurance accepted and the address, and books in your name. With no good slot, he keeps watch and tells you when one opens.
- “I want to book an appointment with a cardiologist.” Try it on WhatsApp →
- “Any dermatologist taking my insurance this week?” Try it on WhatsApp →
- “Go ahead and book Wednesday at 5pm.” Try it on WhatsApp →
- “Tell me if an earlier slot opens.” Try it on WhatsApp →
- “Cancel Thursday's appointment.” Try it on WhatsApp →
Today booking runs on Doctoralia, with your own account on the site (confirmed by a code on your phone). Nothing is charged here: the appointment is paid at the office. Symptoms, tests and results are Health; an appointment you already have belongs to the Calendar.
Vehicles
Register your car and César watches IPVA, licensing and federal-highway fines: he tells you what is left to pay, with the slip ready as Pix or barcode.
- “Is my car's paperwork in order?” Try it on WhatsApp →
- “Do I have any federal-highway fines?” Try it on WhatsApp →
- “Register my car: the details are on the registration document.” Try it on WhatsApp →
- “How much is the road tax and when is it due?” Try it on WhatsApp →
- “I serviced the car today: oil and filters, 57k miles, $180.” Try it on WhatsApp →
- “When is my car's next service due?” Try it on WhatsApp →
- “Has this car ever been in an auction or an accident?” Try it on WhatsApp →
Real estate
House hunting takes weeks, and César shortens it: he indexes the listings in your city, filters by neighborhood, price, bedrooms and parking, and follows the search to tell you what showed up, what dropped in price and what came off the market.
- “Two-bedroom apartment to rent under 2,500 downtown.” Try it on WhatsApp →
- “House to buy in town, 3 bedrooms, with a garage.” Try it on WhatsApp →
- “Tell me when a new apartment shows up in this filter.” Try it on WhatsApp →
- “Is that listing still up?” Try it on WhatsApp →
- “What is the price per square meter in that neighborhood?” Try it on WhatsApp →
These are public listings from the portals (VivaReal, QuintoAndar and Chaves na Mão): César shows, compares and follows. Visiting, negotiating and signing remain yours and the agency's.
Rides
Connect your Uber account right here — tell me the phone number, send me the code — and I will quote and request the ride for you. Without a connected account, I get the ride ready in the app with the destination filled in.
Places and routes
A well-rated restaurant near you, the way there and what the reviews actually say — not just the stars.
Weather
The weather where you are joins the conversation on its own; for another city or the rest of the day, just ask.
Travel and going out
From the ticket to the gig: he puts the trip together, shows the total price and books in your name.
5
Travel
César builds the whole trip from very little — and you change it by talking. Airfare, lodging, car, activities and flight status, with real prices, the transfer between one place and the next, and the link for you to buy.
- “Build me a 10-day trip to Portugal in October, out of Boston, around 6 thousand for two.” Try it on WhatsApp →
- “I want to travel in September but I do not know where. A quiet beach, up to 3 thousand, no visa.” Try it on WhatsApp →
- “Make that itinerary cheaper, even if it takes longer to get there.” Try it on WhatsApp →
- “I want that hotel, leave it alone. Just change the flight home.” Try it on WhatsApp →
- “Drop the Sunday tour and put a free day there.” Try it on WhatsApp →
- “Can I walk from the hotel to the museum?” Try it on WhatsApp →
- “Are those itinerary prices still good? Refresh them.” Try it on WhatsApp →
- “Find other options for the second night's lodging only.” Try it on WhatsApp →
- “Find a flight from New York to Miami on the 12th, back on the 19th.” Try it on WhatsApp →
- “Where can I fly cheap out of New York? I'm thinking beaches.” Try it on WhatsApp →
- “A well-rated hotel in Austin for the holiday, up to 200 a night.” Try it on WhatsApp →
- “Find a place for a weekend in October in Austin, 2 adults and 2 kids.” Try it on WhatsApp →
- “Compare hotels, Booking and Airbnb in Austin for four people this weekend.” Try it on WhatsApp →
- “Does that hotel take pets? Is breakfast included?” Try it on WhatsApp →
- “How much is a rental car in Denver for those dates?” Try it on WhatsApp →
- “What concerts and events are on in Lisbon on those dates?” Try it on WhatsApp →
- “Is tomorrow's flight AA1204 on time?” Try it on WhatsApp →
Plane tickets
Ask for the ticket by route and date, by flight number, or send the airline's search link. César shows the flights and fares, builds the purchase in your name and tells you beforehand how it is paid: Pix at GOL and Azul, a saved credit card at LATAM.
- “Buy me a ticket from Confins to Congonhas on November 20.” Try it on WhatsApp →
- “I want flight G3 1307 on Friday, Light fare.” Try it on WhatsApp →
- “Where is the Pix for the ticket?” Try it on WhatsApp →
- “What is the booking code of the ticket you bought?” Try it on WhatsApp →
- “Cancel the ticket purchase.” Try it on WhatsApp →
The ticket is issued in your name, with your profile data (birth date, sex, mobile) and the CPF from your documents, and it is the airline that issues the e-ticket after payment. Today César buys at GOL, on domestic flights, for the account holder only.
Bus tickets
Ask for the trip by departure city, arrival city and date. César shows the bus companies, times and prices, lets you choose the seat and closes the purchase by Pix after your yes.
- “Is there a bus from Belo Horizonte to São Paulo on Friday night?” Try it on WhatsApp →
- “Buy the 10pm Gontijo one, window seat.” Try it on WhatsApp →
- “Which seats are free on that bus?” Try it on WhatsApp →
- “Where is the Pix for the bus ticket?” Try it on WhatsApp →
- “Cancel the bus ticket purchase.” Try it on WhatsApp →
The ticket is issued in your name, with your profile data (birth date and mobile) and the CPF from your documents, after payment. The seller charges a service fee, which the sheet shows before your yes. Today César buys at ClickBus, for the account holder only.
Stays
Say the destination, the dates and how many people: César finds where to stay, shows the total price with fees — not the headline nightly rate — and books in your name.
- “Find an apartment at the beach for 4 people, January 10th to 14th.” Try it on WhatsApp →
- “What is the total, fees included?” Try it on WhatsApp →
- “Book that one, with free cancellation.” Try it on WhatsApp →
- “What is the status of my booking?” Try it on WhatsApp →
Today booking closes on Booking.com, on the pay-at-the-property rate — no card charged at the time. On Airbnb César searches, quotes and lays out the sheet, and the final confirmation is still yours.
Event tickets
Send an event link — a gig, a party or a movie session — and César shows the tickets and prices, builds the order in your name and hands you the Pix to pay. A free event becomes a registration, with no payment.
- “How much is the ticket for this event? (with the link)” Try it on WhatsApp →
- “Buy 2 tickets for this show.” Try it on WhatsApp →
- “Sign me up for this free event.” Try it on WhatsApp →
- “Where is the Pix for the ticket?” Try it on WhatsApp →
- “Cancel the ticket order.” Try it on WhatsApp →
The ticket is issued in your name and it is the ticket office that sends it, to your e-mail, after payment. Today César buys at Sympla, ingresso.com and Cinemark, from the event's or session's link.
Work and making things
What he produces: documents, spreadsheets, charts, images, apps and research with sources.
14
Spreadsheets, documents, slides and PDF
Ask for a spreadsheet, a document or a slide deck with whatever you need inside, convert files, merge or split PDF pages, or ask what a contract says — the file comes back in the chat with a download button.
- “Make a spreadsheet of my August expenses: groceries 450, power 180, internet 120.” Try it on WhatsApp →
- “Make an 8-slide presentation about the quarter's results.” Try it on WhatsApp →
- “Merge these three PDFs into one.” Try it on WhatsApp →
- “Convert this spreadsheet to PDF.” Try it on WhatsApp →
- “Summarize this contract I sent.” Try it on WhatsApp →
- “What do the expenses in this spreadsheet I sent add up to?” Try it on WhatsApp →
- “Export my August expenses to a spreadsheet.” Try it on WhatsApp →
Charts from your data
Ask for a chart of expenses, lab results, workouts or a spreadsheet you sent — it appears in the conversation, with the table, alt text and a PNG to share.
- “Chart my expenses by category over the last 3 months.” Try it on WhatsApp →
- “Show my cholesterol trend as a line.” Try it on WhatsApp →
- “Put August's expenses in a pie.” Try it on WhatsApp →
- “Compare sales by store from this spreadsheet.” Try it on WhatsApp →
- “How much did I spend this month? Show it as a headline figure.” Try it on WhatsApp →
- “Switch that chart to bars.” Try it on WhatsApp →
Exact math
Ask for any calculation — a percentage, the sum of a list, an instalment, an average, interest — and the number comes back computed on the server, with the steps to check it. Also works over expenses, orders and spreadsheets César has already read.
- “What is 12% of 3,450?” Try it on WhatsApp →
- “Add these up for me: 120.50, 89.90, 45, 230 and 12.75.” Try it on WhatsApp →
- “How much is 1,500 at 1.2% a month over 12 months?” Try it on WhatsApp →
- “Of my August expenses, how much was restaurants and what share of the total?” Try it on WhatsApp →
- “What is my average of workouts per week?” Try it on WhatsApp →
A program over your data
When a calculation or a fixed recipe is not enough, César writes a Python or JavaScript program, runs it in an isolated box and returns the result and the generated files. Works over spreadsheets, PDFs, CSVs and over what other modules already read.
- “Join clientes.xlsx with pedidos.csv and tell me who bought in both.” Try it on WhatsApp →
- “Extract every table from this PDF into a single spreadsheet.” Try it on WhatsApp →
- “Build a scatter chart with a trend line from this CSV.” Try it on WhatsApp →
- “Simulate 10,000 scenarios of this portfolio with 8% mean return and 15% deviation.” Try it on WhatsApp →
Video and photo
Ask for a brand-new image or send a photo and say what to change; with videos, trim, convert, resize, extract the audio, make a GIF. The result comes back in the conversation.
Apps
Describe what you want to track — clients, rentals, orders — and César builds a custom app: screens, dashboards and automations. You can put it all on one screen: a client's details with their numbers beside them and their records in tabs. The app's buttons use the rest of César — generate PDFs, send WhatsApp and email, post to your finances — always asking for confirmation first. Once published, it shows in the Dashboard menu and answers in chat like any module.
- “Build an app to track my rental units.” Try it on WhatsApp →
- “Add a button that generates the quote PDF and sends it to the client on WhatsApp.” Try it on WhatsApp →
- “When an order becomes shipped, lock the record and leave only a Reopen button.” Try it on WhatsApp →
- “Flag overdue rentals in red and give me a quick filter for them.” Try it on WhatsApp →
- “Make a client screen with their details, the total spent and their rentals in a tab.” Try it on WhatsApp →
- “I want the list on the left and the selected record's details on the right.” Try it on WhatsApp →
- “Warn me when an order goes 3 days without a reply.” Try it on WhatsApp →
Web pages
Say what you do and César writes and publishes your page at pages.usecesar.com — text, photos, colours and a form, all by talking, with the preview beside you. If the form needs somewhere to land, he creates the app alongside it (after asking). It can take orders, show your app's catalogue, switch between ready-made styles and tell you how many people visited.
- “Make a page for my bakery with orders over WhatsApp.” Try it on WhatsApp →
- “Publish our wedding page with the gift list and the map.” Try it on WhatsApp →
- “Add a quote form that lands in my clients app.” Try it on WhatsApp →
- “I want to take sign-ups — create the app along with the page.” Try it on WhatsApp →
- “Show me three design variations of this page.” Try it on WhatsApp →
- “How many people visited my page this week, and where did they come from?” Try it on WhatsApp →
- “Change the page colour to green and put the cake photo at the top.” Try it on WhatsApp →
Skills
César puts on the right expert by himself: send a contract and legal mode steps in; ask for a hard text and writing takes over. The pill in the conversation shows the active mode — and in your profile you can switch any of them off.
- “Review this lease and tell me what is unusual before I sign.” Try it on WhatsApp →
- “Help me write a delicate e-mail turning down an offer.” Try it on WhatsApp →
- “Build a 4-week study plan for my certification exam.” Try it on WhatsApp →
- “Organize my week: these are the 12 things I need to deliver.” Try it on WhatsApp →
- “Review my business finances and tell me where I am stretched.” Try it on WhatsApp →
Missions
Long work with a deliverable, done while you sleep: César plans, produces, critiques his own result with a second model and redoes it until it is good — and delivers in the chat at the time you asked.
- “Mission: research AI agents in healthcare and hand me a 15-slide presentation by 7am.” Try it on WhatsApp →
- “While I sleep, build a spreadsheet of 40 packaging suppliers in town: price, lead time and contact.” Try it on WhatsApp →
- “Mission: compare the 5 best health plans for my family and hand me a report with a recommendation.” Try it on WhatsApp →
- “How is the mission going?” Try it on WhatsApp →
- “Focus only on the Brazilian market.” Try it on WhatsApp →
- “Stop the mission and hand me what you have.” Try it on WhatsApp →
Job openings
Ask for the role, the place and the work mode and César brings the open postings — company, city, remote or on-site and the link to apply. Follow a search and he tells you when a new posting opens.
- “Any remote .NET developer openings?” Try it on WhatsApp →
- “Financial analyst jobs in Belo Horizonte.” Try it on WhatsApp →
- “Only the hybrid ones in São Paulo, mid-level.” Try it on WhatsApp →
- “Tell me when a senior product manager job opens.” Try it on WhatsApp →
- “Stop notifying me about financial analyst jobs.” Try it on WhatsApp →
Applying always happens on the posting's own site: César shows and notifies, he does not apply for you.
Move files between places
Say from where and to where. César finds the file by the name you use — in Drive, Dropbox, OneDrive, your computer or here in the chat — and takes it to the other side. The original is never deleted.
- “Copy the contract from Drive to my computer.” Try it on WhatsApp →
- “Send that holiday video from my PC to Dropbox.” Try it on WhatsApp →
- “Save the invoice from OneDrive here in the chat.” Try it on WhatsApp →
- “Where is the budget file?” Try it on WhatsApp →
Works with the places you have already connected: Google Drive, Dropbox, OneDrive and your computer. For the chat and media files, nothing needs connecting.
Cloud files
César finds, reads and shares files in your Drive, OneDrive or Dropbox — and answers questions about their content.
- “Find the lease agreement in my Drive.” Try it on WhatsApp →
- “Share the cost spreadsheet with Pedro.” Try it on WhatsApp →
- “What does the penalty clause in that contract say?” Try it on WhatsApp →
Requires Google Drive, OneDrive or Dropbox connected.
Web search
Anything that changed after yesterday, César searches the web on the spot — reads pages, finds videos and answers citing sources.
News
Recent headlines on any topic, with outlet, publication time and link — dated, not a timeless roundup.
He acts for you
When there is no shortcut: he opens the real site, uses your computer and faces the paperwork.
5
Your computer
You install an agent on your PC, connect it with a code, and César looks at your files, runs commands and can even use the screen with mouse and keyboard to finish a task — read-only by default, with every change passing through your approval.
- “Connect my computer.” Try it on WhatsApp →
- “Which of my computers are online?” Try it on WhatsApp →
- “List the files on my desktop.” Try it on WhatsApp →
- “Take a screenshot of my screen.” Try it on WhatsApp →
- “Open the accounting app on my PC and download the August report.” Try it on WhatsApp →
- “How is the task on my computer going?” Try it on WhatsApp →
Requires the César agent (version 1.5 or newer to control the screen) installed and connected to your account. Controlling the screen needs write access on and is billed by model usage; moving the mouse or keyboard pauses it right away.
Lawsuits
Give a name, CPF, CNPJ or lawsuit number and César looks up how many lawsuits there are, in which courts, about what and who the parties are.
- “Does the company 12.345.678/0001-90 have lawsuits?” Try it on WhatsApp →
- “Look up lawsuits under the name Maria Pereira.” Try it on WhatsApp →
- “How is lawsuit 0001234-56.2024.8.26.0100 going?” Try it on WhatsApp →
- “Who are the parties to that lawsuit?” Try it on WhatsApp →
This is public data from courts and official gazettes. Given the lawsuit number César goes to the court's own page and brings the parties, the movements and the claim value when the court publishes them; by name or tax id what comes back is the list, where homonyms show up — and finding nothing does not mean the person has no lawsuit.
Public records
Before paying a supplier or filing an invoice, just ask: César looks up the company register at the tax authority and reads the invoice by its access key, live, on the official portals.
- “Is this company registration active? 11.444.777/0001-61” Try it on WhatsApp →
- “Who are the partners in this company?” Try it on WhatsApp →
- “Check this invoice by its key. [paste the 44 digits]” Try it on WhatsApp →
- “What is in this service invoice?” Try it on WhatsApp →
This is public data: the tax authority's company register and the national NF-e and NFS-e portals — an invoice is only readable by whoever holds the access key, and the lookup takes a few seconds because the portal demands a captcha. Issuing YOUR OWN invoices is Invoices, in the company space.
Reclame Aqui
Tell what happened with a company and César builds the complaint from your facts, publishes it from your Reclame Aqui account and tells you when the company answers.
- “I want to complain about the store that never delivered my order.” Try it on WhatsApp →
- “Did the company answer my complaint?” Try it on WhatsApp →
- “Reply to the company saying the refund never arrived.” Try it on WhatsApp →
- “What is this store's score at Reclame Aqui?” Try it on WhatsApp →
- “Remove the complaint, the company solved it.” Try it on WhatsApp →
The complaint is public and goes out in your name: César only writes what you told him and shows the exact text before publishing. The final evaluation (solved or not) is done by you on the site.

Connected accounts
Connect, check and disconnect your accounts from the conversation. Passwords and keys never go through the chat: César sends a secure link.
Your way
Say it once and César keeps it: the tone, what to call you, what to avoid — and the hours he may send you alerts.
- “From now on, always answer me short and to the point.” Try it on WhatsApp →
- “Don't send me alerts before 9am or after 10pm.” Try it on WhatsApp →
- “What do you remember about how I like things?” Try it on WhatsApp →
- “Forget that preference about meeting times.” Try it on WhatsApp →
- “Forget everything we talked about, let's start over.” Try it on WhatsApp →
Credits and plan
Balance, packages, top-up and plan subscription without leaving the conversation — and César warns you on his own when the balance runs low.
Activity
Everything that happens in your account is recorded: what you did and what César did for you. Ask in the chat or open the list in your account menu → Activity.

CESAR FOR COMPANIES
For your company
A separate space, with your team: the attendant on the company WhatsApp, orders and charges, what left the account, spreadsheets and contracts answering in plain language, and the record of who did what.
These examples work inside the company space. Meet César for companies
Serving and getting paid
The attendant on the company WhatsApp, the orders coming in, the charges and what landed in the account.
5
Customer service
César's attendant answers customers on the company's WhatsApp. You follow along, adjust the tone and take over the conversation whenever you want.
- “How is customer service going today?” Try it on WhatsApp →
- “Which conversations are waiting for a reply?” Try it on WhatsApp →
- “Hand me the conversation with Maria.” Try it on WhatsApp →
- “Make the attendant more formal, no emoji.” Try it on WhatsApp →
- “Outside business hours, say we reply the next day.” Try it on WhatsApp →
Requires the company's WhatsApp connected under Customer service.
Orders and charges
Build the order with items, send the payment link (Pix, card or boleto), charge on the spot, refund and follow payment (and why it failed) — from the chat, the attendant or the Orders screen.
- “João wants 2 shirts at 50 each. Build the order and send the link.” Try it on WhatsApp →
- “Charge Maria 200 by Pix.” Try it on WhatsApp →
- “Has João's order been paid?” Try it on WhatsApp →
- “How much did we sell this week?” Try it on WhatsApp →
- “Why did order PED-7K3M2Q fail?” Try it on WhatsApp →
- “Refund Ana's payment.” Try it on WhatsApp →
Requires one of the company's payment platforms connected under Integrations: Pagar.me, Mercado Pago, Asaas, Stripe, Iugu, Vindi, PagBank, Efí, PicPay or the WooCommerce store.
Payments
What left the company account — transfers, Pix sent, purchases and subscriptions — with the platform of each. Read-only: César moves nothing here.
- “How much did we pay this month?” Try it on WhatsApp →
- “What left the account today?” Try it on WhatsApp →
- “Who received the 300 Pix?” Try it on WhatsApp →
- “Which subscriptions is the company paying?” Try it on WhatsApp →
Requires a company account that reports outgoing money, connected under Integrations: Mercado Pago, Asaas, Stripe, Iugu or Efí.
Treasury
The company account inside César: open it from the chat, add money by Pix, pay bills by boleto or Pix copy-and-paste, see balance and statement and withdraw to the company's own account — every outflow confirmed with a code sent to the owner's e-mail.
- “I want to open the company account in César.” Try it on WhatsApp →
- “How much is available in the Treasury?” Try it on WhatsApp →
- “Create a 2,000 Pix to add money to the account.” Try it on WhatsApp →
- “Pay this boleto: 23793.38128 60000.000003 00000.000000 1 00000000010000” Try it on WhatsApp →
- “Withdraw 500 to the company's account.” Try it on WhatsApp →
Payment account operated by Asaas. Only the owner submits the application, pays bills and withdraws.
Invoices
Issue NFS-e through the national standard straight from the chat, follow each invoice until it is authorized and cancel when needed — always with your confirmation first.
- “Issue a R$ 1,500 invoice to ACME, CNPJ 11.444.777/0001-61, for the September consulting.” Try it on WhatsApp →
- “Has the ACME invoice been authorized yet?” Try it on WhatsApp →
- “Which invoices were rejected this week, and why?” Try it on WhatsApp →
- “Cancel invoice 42: the amount was wrong.” Try it on WhatsApp →
Requires the issuer set up under Invoices, with an A1 certificate, a series and a tax profile.
Data and systems
The company's spreadsheets and contracts answering in plain language, your own APIs and the public page.
3
Data sources
Upload the sales spreadsheet, the contract, the handbook — and ask in plain language. The answer comes with the math shown or the page cited, never unsupported.
- “How much did we bill in August, according to the sales spreadsheet?” Try it on WhatsApp →
- “What is the termination notice in the supplier contract?” Try it on WhatsApp →
- “Cross the targets with actuals per salesperson.” Try it on WhatsApp →
- “Define revenue as the sum of paid orders, excluding test ones.” Try it on WhatsApp →
Requires a spreadsheet or document connected under Data sources.
Tools
Connect the ERP, the CRM or any company API — via MCP, OpenAPI or by typing the endpoints — and César queries and drives those systems from the chat, asking before changing anything.
- “What is the status of order 4821 in the ERP?” Try it on WhatsApp →
- “Which tools can you call?” Try it on WhatsApp →
- “Open a support ticket for Ana's customer.” Try it on WhatsApp →
- “Check the stock for product SKU-778.” Try it on WhatsApp →
Requires a server connected under Tools, with its tools turned on.
Company pages
The company's public page built by talking: menu, app catalogue, a contact form that becomes a record, and the WhatsApp attendant embedded. Members draft it; admins publish.
- “Create the company page with the products app catalogue.” Try it on WhatsApp →
- “Put the WhatsApp attendant on the page.” Try it on WhatsApp →
- “Publish the new page and send me the address.” Try it on WhatsApp →
- “How many visits did the page get this month?” Try it on WhatsApp →
Publishing, archiving and deleting are for company admins.
Team and the record
Who is in, with which role — and the record of who did what.
2
Team
Build the company team from the conversation: invite, adjust roles, remove who left and see how much each person used this month.
Who did what
Everything that changes in the company is recorded with who did it: connections, charges, refunds, deliveries, team. Ask instead of digging.
Nothing in the guide for that word. Try another one — or just send the request your own way: César understands plenty that is not listed here.
Just send the message
None of this needs setup: message César on WhatsApp, say what you need and he tells you when connecting an integration is worth it.
