CÉSAR FOR COMPANIES

Serves, sells, charges and invoices. One agent for your business.

It talks to your customers on WhatsApp and your website, closes the order with a payment link through your gateway, issues the invoice when the money lands and records everything in your company's apps — which it builds itself. When needed, it calls a person. Your team follows everything live.

WHAT IT DOES

Seven fronts, one agent

Each piece works on its own. Together they become a teammate that serves, sells, invoices and organizes — never sleeps, never makes things up and leaves a trail of everything.

Customer service on your company's WhatsApp

Your number, your brand. The attendant answers with the tone and rules you wrote, says when you're closed and calls a person when the conversation needs one.

  • Connected through Meta's official API, with profile photo, description and category
  • Your team takes over a conversation in one click and hands it back
  • The 24-hour window and approved templates under control on screen
  • Service numbers: volume, waiting and hand-off rate
  • A test box to rehearse before customers see it

“Are you open on Sunday?” — answered at 11 p.m., with the right hours.

Answers from your company's data

Connect the spreadsheets, CSVs, PDFs and documents you already have. Your team asks in plain language and gets the answer with the math shown or the page cited.

  • How much did we bill in August? What's the notice period in this contract?
  • Business metrics defined once and reused by everyone
  • Who can see each source, by role in the company
  • Give the attendant only the columns a customer may see — price yes, margin no

A customer asks the price; the attendant answers from today's price list, not last month's.

Internal apps without code

Ask in one sentence and César builds the system: customer records, order tracking, schedules, tickets. With screens, rules, stages and team alerts.

  • Lists, boards, calendar, gallery and dashboard
  • Business rules: required fields, allowed stages, locks
  • Automations that alert the team and send email
  • Spreadsheet import, per-record history and trash

“Build a quote tracker with manager approval” — live for the whole team.

The attendant uses your apps

Grant an app to the attendant and it looks up open slots, creates bookings and orders, and undoes them when the customer changes their mind — only where you allowed.

  • You choose entity by entity: look up, create, change and undo
  • And field by field: what the customer sees and what it may fill
  • It only changes what it created for that customer, never anyone else's
  • Every record is linked in the conversation for the team to check

“Oh, I can't make it, cancel please” — and the booking leaves the schedule.

Sells and charges through your gateway

Connect the account your company already has and the attendant closes the sale in the conversation: builds the order, sends the link with Pix, card or boleto and tells you when the payment lands. The money goes straight to your account.

  • Mercado Pago, Pagar.me, Asaas, Stripe, PagBank, Efí, Iugu, Vindi and PicPay
  • Orders, charges and payments on one screen, synced with the account
  • One-off charges, refunds and manual settlement from the chat
  • A team alert for every paid order
  • César only reads what leaves the account: it never sends money

“Deal, I'll take both” — the link arrives right away, the Pix lands and the order shows as paid.

Invoices without typing

Upload your A1 certificate and the last invoice you issued: César reads the issuer, series, next number and taxes. From then on, the NFS-e goes out through Brazil's national issuer — when you ask, or when the order is paid.

  • National-standard NFS-e, straight to Sefin, no middleman
  • Automatic issuing from orders or charges, never duplicated
  • Customers, services and tax rules on file
  • PDF and XML for every invoice, cancellation and a monthly export for your accountant
  • A warning before the certificate expires

“Issue the invoice for Ana's order” — authorized, PDF in the conversation.

Connects to the systems you already use

CRM, scheduling, project management, shipping: pick it from the catalog, paste the key and César starts looking things up and acting in those systems. Not there? Connect any API via OpenAPI or an MCP server.

  • A catalog of ready-made systems: Pipedrive, Calendly, ClickUp, Airtable, Melhor Envio and more
  • Any REST API via OpenAPI, hand-entered endpoints or an MCP server
  • Grant the attendant only the operations that make sense, with locked values
  • Every call is logged

“How much is shipping to Recife?” — the attendant quotes it on Melhor Envio and replies.

HOW IT FITS

From conversation to invoice, no spreadsheet in between

The same agent talks to outsiders and works inside your data — with a wall between the two.

  1. The customer reaches out

On the company's WhatsApp or website, any time.

  2. The attendant handles it

Answers from granted sources, books and records in your apps.

  3. The sale closes

Payment link through your gateway; once paid, the invoice goes out on its own.

  4. The team follows

Conversation panel, orders, invoices and alerts.

  5. Management asks

In the company chat: “how much did we sell this week?”

AND MORE

What the team uses every day, in one place

Documents and slides

Creates and reads PDF, Word, Excel and PowerPoint. Proposals, reports and meeting slides from one sentence.

Several assistants

One for sales, another for support — each with its own persona, sources and channels.

Alerts at the right time

Order paid, a conversation waiting for a person, an invoice rejected: the team knows without opening a dashboard.

Everything from the company chat

“Issue Ana's invoice”, “refund order 1042”, “build a work-order app”. In plain language, with a confirmation before what matters.

ON YOUR WEBSITE TOO

The same attendant, in the corner of your website

One line pasted into your site and the bubble appears. Visitors ask, the attendant answers with the same instructions and sources as on WhatsApp — and the conversation lands in the same panel, for the same team to take over.

One attendant

Persona, data sources and apps apply to WhatsApp and to the website. Change the instructions once, it changes in both.

No sign-up for the visitor

They open it and ask. Name and email only when it makes sense — and you decide whether to require them first.

Team takes over live

When the attendant calls a person, their reply reaches the website instantly, typing indicator included.

Only on the domains you list

The widget only opens on allowed addresses. Colour, position and greeting are yours; the rest is accessible by default.

This is what goes on your site:

<script src="https://chat.usecesar.com/widget.js" data-key="wk_SUA_CHAVE" async></script>

The key is generated in the panel, under Attendant › Channels › Website. Paste it before </body> on every page.

SECURITY AND CONTROL

A stranger on WhatsApp is not a user of your system

The attendant talks to people without an account. So it starts with access to nothing, and every grant is your decision, on record.

Nothing granted by default

The attendant only reads the sources, columns and apps an admin checked. Personal data stays off the list.

No dangerous actions

It doesn't total revenue, doesn't press app buttons and doesn't touch records it didn't create.

Everything versioned

Every change to instructions and permissions becomes a version: who, when and what.

Isolated in the database

Every row carries the company that owns it. Not a screen filter — the database.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Questions from teams evaluating it

Do I need a new number?

It doesn't have to be a new number, but it becomes served through the official WhatsApp API. You connect it on our screen, verified by SMS or voice call.

Can the attendant make up prices or deadlines?

It's instructed never to: it answers from the instructions and granted sources, and when it doesn't know it says it will check with the team.

Can my team take over a conversation?

Yes. Any member takes over in one click, replies from the panel and hands it back whenever they want. The attendant also calls a person on its own when your rule says so.

Which business data does it see?

Only what an admin grants: sources, tables and columns picked one by one, and apps with field-level permissions. Without grants it answers from the instructions alone.

Can it cancel or change customer orders?

Only records it created itself in the conversation with that customer, and only in apps where you allowed it. What it undoes goes to the app's trash, where the team can restore it.

Does it work with the spreadsheets I already have?

Yes: spreadsheets, CSV, PDF and documents. When the file changes, just refresh the source.

Do I need to switch payment gateways?

No. Connect the account your company already has — Mercado Pago, Pagar.me, Asaas, Stripe, PagBank, Efí, Iugu, Vindi or PicPay — by pasting its access key. Money lands straight in your account, at your contract's fees; César doesn't sit in the middle of the payment.

How do invoices work?

César issues NFS-e through Brazil's national standard with the company's A1 certificate. To set it up, upload the last invoice you issued and it fills in the issuer, series, next number and taxes. You choose to issue by hand, from the chat or automatically when an order or charge is paid — and the same sale never produces a duplicate invoice.

What about NF-e for products?

Today César issues NFS-e (services) through the national standard. NF-e for products is in development.

Can I connect my CRM or another system I use?

Yes. There's a catalog of ready-made systems (Pipedrive, Calendly, ClickUp, Airtable, Melhor Envio and others) where you just paste the key. For everything else, connect any API with OpenAPI, enter the endpoints by hand or point to an MCP server.

How do I put the attendant on my website?

Under Attendant › Channels › Website you turn the channel on, list your site's domains and copy one line of code. Paste it before </body> and the bubble appears. No plugin, no dependency, and it works on any platform that accepts HTML.

Are the website and WhatsApp attendants the same?

Yes. One assistant can have both channels, with the same persona and sources. And you can create more than one assistant — sales and support, say — each with its own channels.

Who on the team can configure it?

The owner and admins. Members operate: they follow and take over conversations, use apps and ask about the data their role can reach.

How is it billed?

AI usage spends César Tokens from the company wallet, with 1 million a month on the free plan. WhatsApp template messages outside the 24-hour window follow Meta's pricing.
