USAGE GUIDE
What you can ask César
One assistant, dozens of skills. Each card below shows one of César's fronts with real requests — tap an example to try it in the chat, or write it your own way.
Money
Tell him what you spent — by text, voice or a photo of the receipt — and ask where the money went. César records, categorizes and answers.
- “I spent 84 dollars at the grocery store today, on debit.” Try it in the chat →
- “How much did I spend on delivery this month?” Try it in the chat →
- “Create a 600 a month budget for restaurants.” Try it in the chat →
- “Generate a payment code so Pedro can pay me back 120.” Try it in the chat →
- “Which bills are due this week?” Try it in the chat →
- “How is the S&P 500 doing right now?” Try it in the chat →
Calendar
One sentence becomes an appointment, with reminders and guests. César also finds free slots and reorganizes your week.
Phone calls
César places real phone calls on your behalf — cancel an appointment, confirm a reservation, ask for information. You review the plan, approve, and the outcome comes back to chat with a summary and transcript. When negotiating times, he checks your calendar and only accepts free slots.
César summarizes what arrived, flags what needs a reply and leaves the draft ready — you just approve before it goes out.
- “Summarize the emails that arrived today.” Try it in the chat →
- “Reply to the realtor's email saying I accept the offer.” Try it in the chat →
- “Find the email with the fridge invoice.” Try it in the chat →
Requires Gmail, Outlook or Zoho Mail connected.
Tasks
Lists, deadlines and subtasks without opening another app: you say it, César writes it down and follows up on time.
Reminders and scheduled tasks
From a simple reminder to a repeating routine: César watches deadlines, prices and news and comes tell you — in the app, on WhatsApp or on Telegram.
Travel
César builds the whole trip from very little — and you change it by talking. Airfare, lodging, car, activities and flight status, with real prices, the transfer between one place and the next, and the link for you to buy.
- “Build me a 10-day trip to Portugal in October, out of Boston, around 6 thousand for two.” Try it in the chat →
- “I want to travel in September but I do not know where. A quiet beach, up to 3 thousand, no visa.” Try it in the chat →
- “Make that itinerary cheaper, even if it takes longer to get there.” Try it in the chat →
- “I want that hotel, leave it alone. Just change the flight home.” Try it in the chat →
- “Drop the Sunday tour and put a free day there.” Try it in the chat →
- “Can I walk from the hotel to the museum?” Try it in the chat →
- “Are those itinerary prices still good? Refresh them.” Try it in the chat →
- “Find other options for the second night's lodging only.” Try it in the chat →
- “Find a flight from New York to Miami on the 12th, back on the 19th.” Try it in the chat →
- “Where can I fly cheap out of New York? I'm thinking beaches.” Try it in the chat →
- “A well-rated hotel in Austin for the holiday, up to 200 a night.” Try it in the chat →
- “Find a place for a weekend in October in Austin, 2 adults and 2 kids.” Try it in the chat →
- “Compare hotels, Booking and Airbnb in Austin for four people this weekend.” Try it in the chat →
- “Does that hotel take pets? Is breakfast included?” Try it in the chat →
- “How much is a rental car in Denver for those dates?” Try it in the chat →
- “Is tomorrow's flight AA1204 on time?” Try it in the chat →
Parcels
César finds the tracking code in your email on his own, follows the carrier and alerts you when it is out for delivery.
Vehicles
Register your car and César watches IPVA and licensing: he tells you what is left to pay, with the slip ready as Pix or barcode.
- “Is my car's paperwork in order?” Try it in the chat →
- “Register my car: the details are on the registration document.” Try it in the chat →
- “How much is the road tax and when is it due?” Try it in the chat →
- “I serviced the car today: oil and filters, 57k miles, $180.” Try it in the chat →
- “When is my car's next service due?” Try it in the chat →
- “Has this car ever been in an auction or an accident?” Try it in the chat →
Health
Point the front camera at your face for 30 seconds and César estimates heart rate and breathing right there, without the video leaving your device — then compares it with your usual. With Strava connected he sees your workouts, and can build a weekly training plan and track what got done. A wellness estimate, not a medical exam.
- “Measure my heart rate.” Try it in the chat →
- “How has my heart been this week?” Try it in the chat →
- “I want to get back to running, beginner, 3 times a week.” Try it in the chat →
- “What's my workout today?” Try it in the chat →
- “I did today's workout.” Try it in the chat →
- “Remind me to measure every day at 8am.” Try it in the chat →
- “Save my lab results (attach the report PDF).” Try it in the chat →
- “How is my cholesterol doing?” Try it in the chat →
Shopping and wishlist
Compare a product's price across stores — and leave César watching until it drops.
Places and routes
A well-rated restaurant near you, the way there and what the reviews actually say — not just the stars.
Weather
The weather where you are joins the conversation on its own; for another city or the rest of the day, just ask.
Web search
Anything that changed after yesterday, César searches the web on the spot — reads pages, finds videos and answers citing sources.
News
Recent headlines on any topic, with outlet, publication time and link — dated, not a timeless roundup.
History
César remembers your conversations: ask about what was already agreed and he brings it back, without you repeating everything.
Activity
Everything that happens in your account is recorded: what you did and what César did for you. Ask in the chat or open the list in Dashboard → Activity.
Files
Say from where and to where. César finds the file by the name you use — in Drive, Dropbox, OneDrive, your computer or here in the chat — and takes it to the other side. The original is never deleted.
- “Copy the contract from Drive to my computer.” Try it in the chat →
- “Send that holiday video from my PC to Dropbox.” Try it in the chat →
- “Save the invoice from OneDrive here in the chat.” Try it in the chat →
- “Where is the budget file?” Try it in the chat →
Works with the places you have already connected: Google Drive, Dropbox, OneDrive and your computer. For the chat and media files, nothing needs connecting.
Video and photo
Ask for a brand-new image or send a photo and say what to change; with videos, trim, convert, resize, extract the audio, make a GIF. The result comes back in the conversation.
Charts from your data
Ask for a chart of expenses, lab results, workouts or a spreadsheet you sent — it appears in the conversation, with the table, alt text and a PNG to share.
- “Chart my expenses by category over the last 3 months.” Try it in the chat →
- “Show my cholesterol trend as a line.” Try it in the chat →
- “Put August's expenses in a pie.” Try it in the chat →
- “Compare sales by store from this spreadsheet.” Try it in the chat →
- “How much did I spend this month? Show it as a headline figure.” Try it in the chat →
- “Switch that chart to bars.” Try it in the chat →
Exact math
Ask for any calculation — a percentage, the sum of a list, an instalment, an average, interest — and the number comes back computed on the server, with the steps to check it. Also works over expenses, orders and spreadsheets César has already read.
- “What is 12% of 3,450?” Try it in the chat →
- “Add these up for me: 120.50, 89.90, 45, 230 and 12.75.” Try it in the chat →
- “How much is 1,500 at 1.2% a month over 12 months?” Try it in the chat →
- “Of my August expenses, how much was restaurants and what share of the total?” Try it in the chat →
- “What is my average of workouts per week?” Try it in the chat →
A program over your data
When a calculation or a fixed recipe is not enough, César writes a Python or JavaScript program, runs it in an isolated box and returns the result and the generated files. Works over spreadsheets, PDFs, CSVs and over what other modules already read.
- “Join clientes.xlsx with pedidos.csv and tell me who bought in both.” Try it in the chat →
- “Extract every table from this PDF into a single spreadsheet.” Try it in the chat →
- “Build a scatter chart with a trend line from this CSV.” Try it in the chat →
- “Simulate 10,000 scenarios of this portfolio with 8% mean return and 15% deviation.” Try it in the chat →
Spreadsheets, documents, slides and PDF
Ask for a spreadsheet, a document or a slide deck with whatever you need inside, convert files, merge or split PDF pages, or ask what a contract says — the file comes back in the chat with a download button.
- “Make a spreadsheet of my August expenses: groceries 450, power 180, internet 120.” Try it in the chat →
- “Make an 8-slide presentation about the quarter's results.” Try it in the chat →
- “Merge these three PDFs into one.” Try it in the chat →
- “Convert this spreadsheet to PDF.” Try it in the chat →
- “Summarize this contract I sent.” Try it in the chat →
- “What do the expenses in this spreadsheet I sent add up to?” Try it in the chat →
- “Export my August expenses to a spreadsheet.” Try it in the chat →
Notes and memory
'Note that…' saves it; asking brings it back. The gate code, the client's preference, the wine you liked.
Contacts
Save a person, find a phone number, organize groups — and tag relationships: with a tag, "tell my girlfriend" needs no name.
Files
César finds, reads and shares files in your Drive, OneDrive or Dropbox — and answers questions about their content.
- “Find the lease agreement in my Drive.” Try it in the chat →
- “Share the cost spreadsheet with Pedro.” Try it in the chat →
- “What does the penalty clause in that contract say?” Try it in the chat →
Requires Google Drive, OneDrive or Dropbox connected.
WhatsApp and Telegram
Talk to César on WhatsApp like any other contact — and get alerts and reminders on Telegram, without opening the app.
- “Tell João I'll be about 20 minutes late.” Try it in the chat →
- “Ask the pizza place if they deliver to my neighborhood.” Try it in the chat →
- “Send my reminders through Telegram.” Try it in the chat →
Requires WhatsApp or Telegram connected.
Rides
Say where you're going and César gets the ride ready in Uber or 99 — destination filled in, you just confirm in the app.
Your computer
You install an agent on your PC, connect it with a code, and César looks at your files, runs commands and can even use the screen with mouse and keyboard to finish a task — read-only by default, with every change passing through your approval.
- “Connect my computer.” Try it in the chat →
- “Which of my computers are online?” Try it in the chat →
- “List the files on my desktop.” Try it in the chat →
- “Take a screenshot of my screen.” Try it in the chat →
- “Open the accounting app on my PC and download the August report.” Try it in the chat →
- “How is the task on my computer going?” Try it in the chat →
Requires the César agent (version 1.5 or newer to control the screen) installed and connected to your account. Controlling the screen needs write access on and is billed by model usage; moving the mouse or keyboard pauses it right away.
Skills
César puts on the right expert by himself: send a contract and legal mode steps in; ask for a hard text and writing takes over. The pill in the conversation shows the active mode — and in your profile you can switch any of them off.
- “Review this lease and tell me what is unusual before I sign.” Try it in the chat →
- “Help me write a delicate e-mail turning down an offer.” Try it in the chat →
- “Build a 4-week study plan for my certification exam.” Try it in the chat →
- “Organize my week: these are the 12 things I need to deliver.” Try it in the chat →
- “Review my business finances and tell me where I am stretched.” Try it in the chat →
My apps
Describe what you want to track — clients, rentals, orders — and César builds a custom app: screens, dashboards and automations. You can put it all on one screen: a client's details with their numbers beside them and their records in tabs. The app's buttons use the rest of César — generate PDFs, send WhatsApp and email, post to your finances — always asking for confirmation first. Once published, it shows in the Dashboard menu and answers in chat like any module.
- “Build an app to track my rental units.” Try it in the chat →
- “Add a button that generates the quote PDF and sends it to the client on WhatsApp.” Try it in the chat →
- “When an order becomes shipped, lock the record and leave only a Reopen button.” Try it in the chat →
- “Flag overdue rentals in red and give me a quick filter for them.” Try it in the chat →
- “Make a client screen with their details, the total spent and their rentals in a tab.” Try it in the chat →
- “I want the list on the left and the selected record's details on the right.” Try it in the chat →
- “Warn me when an order goes 3 days without a reply.” Try it in the chat →
Web pages
Say what you do and César writes and publishes your page at pages.usecesar.com — text, photos, colours and a form, all by talking, with the preview beside you. If the form needs somewhere to land, he creates the app alongside it (after asking). It can take orders, show your app's catalogue, switch between ready-made styles and tell you how many people visited.
- “Make a page for my bakery with orders over WhatsApp.” Try it in the chat →
- “Publish our wedding page with the gift list and the map.” Try it in the chat →
- “Add a quote form that lands in my clients app.” Try it in the chat →
- “I want to take sign-ups — create the app along with the page.” Try it in the chat →
- “Show me three design variations of this page.” Try it in the chat →
- “How many people visited my page this week, and where did they come from?” Try it in the chat →
- “Change the page colour to green and put the cake photo at the top.” Try it in the chat →
Your way
Say it once and César keeps it: the tone, what to call you, what to avoid — and the hours he may send you alerts.
Connected accounts
Connect, check and disconnect your accounts from the conversation. Passwords and keys never go through the chat: César sends a secure link.
Support
Stuck on something? Open a ticket without leaving the conversation, follow the answer and reply from here.
Credits and plan
Balance, packages and top-up without leaving the conversation — and César warns you on his own when the balance runs low.
CESAR FOR COMPANIES
For your company
A separate space, with your team: the attendant on the company WhatsApp, orders and charges, what left the account, spreadsheets and contracts answering in plain language, and the record of who did what.
These examples work inside the company space. Meet César for companies
Customer service
César's attendant answers customers on the company's WhatsApp. You follow along, adjust the tone and take over the conversation whenever you want.
- “How is customer service going today?” Try it in the chat →
- “Which conversations are waiting for a reply?” Try it in the chat →
- “Hand me the conversation with Maria.” Try it in the chat →
- “Make the attendant more formal, no emoji.” Try it in the chat →
- “Outside business hours, say we reply the next day.” Try it in the chat →
Requires the company's WhatsApp connected under Customer service.
Orders and charges
Build the order with items, send the payment link (Pix, card or boleto), charge on the spot, refund and follow payment (and why it failed) — from the chat, the attendant or the Orders screen.
- “João wants 2 shirts at 50 each. Build the order and send the link.” Try it in the chat →
- “Charge Maria 200 by Pix.” Try it in the chat →
- “Has João's order been paid?” Try it in the chat →
- “How much did we sell this week?” Try it in the chat →
- “Why did order PED-7K3M2Q fail?” Try it in the chat →
- “Refund Ana's payment.” Try it in the chat →
Requires one of the company's payment platforms connected under Integrations: Pagar.me, Mercado Pago, Asaas, Stripe, Iugu, Vindi, PagBank, Efí, PicPay or the WooCommerce store.
Payments
What left the company account — transfers, Pix sent, purchases and subscriptions — with the platform of each. Read-only: César moves nothing here.
- “How much did we pay this month?” Try it in the chat →
- “What left the account today?” Try it in the chat →
- “Who received the 300 Pix?” Try it in the chat →
- “Which subscriptions is the company paying?” Try it in the chat →
Requires a company account that reports outgoing money, connected under Integrations: Mercado Pago, Asaas, Stripe, Iugu or Efí.
Treasury
The company account inside César: open it from the chat, add money by Pix, pay bills by boleto or Pix copy-and-paste, see balance and statement and withdraw to the company's own account — every outflow confirmed with a code sent to the owner's e-mail.
- “I want to open the company account in César.” Try it in the chat →
- “How much is available in the Treasury?” Try it in the chat →
- “Create a 2,000 Pix to add money to the account.” Try it in the chat →
- “Pay this boleto: 23793.38128 60000.000003 00000.000000 1 00000000010000” Try it in the chat →
- “Withdraw 500 to the company's account.” Try it in the chat →
Payment account operated by Asaas. Only the owner submits the application, pays bills and withdraws.
Data sources
Upload the sales spreadsheet, the contract, the handbook — and ask in plain language. The answer comes with the math shown or the page cited, never unsupported.
- “How much did we bill in August, according to the sales spreadsheet?” Try it in the chat →
- “What is the termination notice in the supplier contract?” Try it in the chat →
- “Cross the targets with actuals per salesperson.” Try it in the chat →
- “Define revenue as the sum of paid orders, excluding test ones.” Try it in the chat →
Requires a spreadsheet or document connected under Data sources.
Company pages
The company's public page built by talking: menu, app catalogue, a contact form that becomes a record, and the WhatsApp attendant embedded. Members draft it; admins publish.
- “Create the company page with the products app catalogue.” Try it in the chat →
- “Put the WhatsApp attendant on the page.” Try it in the chat →
- “Publish the new page and send me the address.” Try it in the chat →
- “How many visits did the page get this month?” Try it in the chat →
Publishing, archiving and deleting are for company admins.
Tools
Connect the ERP, the CRM or any company API — via MCP, OpenAPI or by typing the endpoints — and César queries and drives those systems from the chat, asking before changing anything.
- “What is the status of order 4821 in the ERP?” Try it in the chat →
- “Which tools can you call?” Try it in the chat →
- “Open a support ticket for Ana's customer.” Try it in the chat →
- “Check the stock for product SKU-778.” Try it in the chat →
Requires a server connected under Tools, with its tools turned on.
Invoices
Issue NFS-e through the national standard straight from the chat, follow each invoice until it is authorized and cancel when needed — always with your confirmation first.
- “Issue a R$ 1,500 invoice to ACME, CNPJ 11.444.777/0001-61, for the September consulting.” Try it in the chat →
- “Has the ACME invoice been authorized yet?” Try it in the chat →
- “Which invoices were rejected this week, and why?” Try it in the chat →
- “Cancel invoice 42: the amount was wrong.” Try it in the chat →
Requires the issuer set up under Invoices, with an A1 certificate, a series and a tax profile.
Team
Build the company team from the conversation: invite, adjust roles, remove who left and see how much each person used this month.
Who did what
Everything that changes in the company is recorded with who did it: connections, charges, refunds, deliveries, team. Ask instead of digging.
Just start talking
None of this needs setup: create your account, say what you need and César tells you when connecting an integration is worth it.
